FREIGHT 

Here at Adventure Scuba we want to continue your relaxed shopping experience for scuba and snorkeling equipment.  Any order $50 or more shipped in the lower 48 states will receive FREE ground UPS or USPS shipping.  It's like visiting our dive center in Plano Texas!  It's just that simple!  If you want faster delivery, then the regular 2 - 3 day premium rates will apply. 

RETURNS

If for some reason you aren't satisfied with your purchase just pay the freight for returning the product.  Once received we'll credit your card less the free shipping expense.  If you want to exchange your scuba or snorkeling equipment, pay the freight for returning the product and we'll ship your new product for FREE!  Our goal is to guarantee your satisfaction, therefore we offer a flexible Return Policy:

  • 0 - 45 days and the item is in the original packaging, has not been used, and is resaleable condition we will refund 100% (less any FREE shipping charges).
  • 45 - 90 days and the item is in the original packaging, the product has not been used, and is in resaleable condition we will send you a gift certificate for the full amount (less FREE shipping charges) to be used at AdventureScubaOnline.com or in our dive center.
  • 0 - 45 days and either the item has been used or is not in the original packaging we will send you a gift certificate for 65% of your purchase to be used at AdventureScubaOnline.com or in our dive center.
  • 45 - 90 days and either the item has been used or is not in the original packaging we will send you a gift certificate for 40% of your purchase to be used at AdventureScubaOnline.com or in our dive center.

It's very easy to return product to Adventure Scuba!

  • Be sure and pack the product very securely.  Shake the box.  If the item moves, chances are it could become damaged in transit.
  • Be sure and include warranty cards and instructions (if applicable) with the original packaging.
  • To ensure that your return is handled expeditiously, you must include the Adventure Scuba Return Authorization Form and a copy of your receipt.  Any refund will not include freight charges.  Please download the form at Product Return Form.
  • You can ship by any means.  We recommend that you send your shipment insured.  We will not accept COD shipments and will not pay for the return shipment freight.
  • Sorry, we can't take any returns on special ordered items or gift certificates.  If there are any questions or problems when you receive your order, or if the product received is damaged, please contact Adventure Scuba within 24 hours of receipt at 1-877-GEAR-114 (877-432-7114) Monday thru Friday 10 AM - 7 PM CST and Saturday 10 AM - 6 PM.  We will make every effort to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.  You can also e-mail us at info@adventurescubaonline.com.
